This type of thread will never work. People don't want to tell other people what programs to stay away from for a number of reasons. The biggest reason is because except for the largest programs you can pretty much guess who it is (from inside). Like if I started ripping on a program and someone from that program read about it you could tell who it was based on the details and how much insight you have. And if you kept it really generic and didn't give details you wouldn't help the readers much. Second of all if the program is bad and you're there then you're basically saying that you're bad, too. Like everyone on SDN loves to talk about how they're at Mass General or Johns Hopkins but nobody wants to say they're at this no-name community hospital in Alaska. This is why it is absolutely pointless to ask people why they chose a place when you interview there. You're only going to get positives because nobody wants to say, "because I didn't match in my first eleven choices and here I am after the scramble" even though that happens. Finally there's no point to dissuading good candidates from coming to your program. You're just making sure it stays bad or gets worse. In other words if I am absolutely truthful about my program and everyone else continues to say "the worst thing about my program is that we love each other so much that we miss each other when we go home at night" then my program comes out looking really bad. Once you're at the other program you find out it's just as bad or worse but then it's too late which is how residency works, unfortunately.
