Is this a good way to kick off my first summer?
I am freshman
I will shadow an anesthesiologist (and potentially more) sometime before summer, shadow a doctor at my local hospital, do HIV testing on people at another place, and maybe volunteer at a government hospital.

Sounds like a good start to me. Summers/winter breaks are great times to get some shadowing in.

Volunteering, shadowing, research programs (SIP, SURF, SURP), maybe get a summer job, etc. That what i plan on doing anyways. (Hopefully summer research program 👍)

Summer is a great time to start research!! Especially if you can find a lab on campus where you can continue in the fall.

Woah, for a second I thought this was Tots

Get summer research internship. Or at least start the research where you see yourself continuing your research for the next 3-4 years.

That sounds like plenty! Just remember to have some fun and relax too, ya' know. 😉
