So, we just had our path shelf and I got completely murdered on the dermatology and STD-related questions. Its really confusing for me in terms of gross presentation as they all look the same, happen in the same places, same color etc. Even some of the descriptions on the exam sound like it could be multiple things, but of course, there is only one correct answer.

I don't want to make the same mistakes that I made on my shelf this morning. Any ideas on how I can brush up on these topics and differentiate between the various presentations.
