Pretty cool business- send them your baby teeth and they'll grow some of your stem cells for you. Storage is about $90 per month I think.

Yes, it is pretty neat.. and actually this has been around for some time..
Dental pulp stem cells do have a strong tendency to regenerate into a teeth-like complex but a growing number of research results are supporting that they are more multilpotent than it had been known to be..
Some research results show that these stem cells can even regenerate into adipogenic cells.. So I guess these cells may be used for multi-purpose treatments in the future..

I didn't click the link, but I'm assuming it's talking about SHEDs. We just learned about them in class. Kinda cool that there's a company doing this, I guess.

$90 dollars a month is pretty expensive insurance. Considering the science although promising still not rock solid... I guess if you have the money.

I think you would be better off saving cord blood for your kids than cells from a primary tooth although the technology is pretty amazing now days. I can't wait to see what they will be doing in 50 years.
