Hey guys, I had a dedicated period of maybe 4ish weeks, but my practice exam scores are not where they need to be. Therefore, I will be pushing it back until... idk when maybe winter break? Is it possible to study during rotations? I'll have obgyn, psych, surgery, and neuro this semester. Please help!

This sounds like a bad idea and besides, will your school even let you do this? Back in ye olde day, my school required you to take/pass before they would let you start rotations.

"Is it possible to study during rotations?"

-No. Sorry bud. I'd delay rotations if possible (like a month or two should be enough studying)

Agree with the others - not possible. Every rotation will have its own shelf exam that you absolutely must pass and many of these are harder than step 1, at least at first until you get the hang of it. Plus surgery and Neuro are arguably two of the harder exams, so if you’re struggling to pass S1 I can’t imagine how you would both overcome your foundational knowledge deficit AND study adequately for such challenging clinical exams.

Focus on one thing at a time.

You can always take step 1 and step 2 after your clerkship year (if your school allows it). Just burn some elective time and grind.
