Took it on Saturday. I don't think I slept but 2-3 hours the night before; I was so jacked up with adrenaline I couldn't believe it and I wasn't tired during the test.
The test wasn't too bad. I completed all the sections with 12-15 minutes to spare. There were a lot more "easy" questions than Q-Bank (I was hitting in the high 60s/low 70s on Q-Bank). The pharm surprised me, it was VERY easy, I mean 90% of the questions were straight First Aid regurge. BRS for Path is awesome. Micro wasn't too bad. Biochem was easy. The molecular biology was a b*tch, though. About half of them I didn't even know what they were talking about and if I studied only molecular for a week I probably wouldn't have gotten them right anyways.
About 50% of the questions I knew within 20 seconds and am very confident I got them right. Another 30% I could narrow it down to 2 for sure, and then it was basically flipping a quarter. It amazes me how these test-righters can take concepts we've studied so much before and then make these tricky questions. The remaining 20% I could maybe narrow it down to 3 answers and then guess.
Well its over and I'm 99% confident that I passed. I'm hoping that a lot of the molecular bio questions were experimental 🙂.
