a quick question for those who have taken step one...
I've noticed Qbank is very good at alerting one to the fact that a vignette involves an 'exotic' type infection (eg a patient who just returned from a trip to africa, a recent immigrant from brazil, etc etc) however some of my other question books are not so forthcoming with that info. for example, i was doing some of the robbins questions and one answer was lymphogranulum venereum (or however you spell it) but i hadn't considered that b/c it said nothing about being from the tropics.....
i'm wondering if on the real thing, they give you hints that this is going to be something out of the ordinary or not?
