Taking step 1 in 2 weeks & looking for some tips. Hoping/Praying for a 245+(will be happy with anything above 240)
Backround:
Day 1(6weeks ago) uwsa 1 200
Week 2 uwsa 2 220
Week 4 nbme 15 229
Week 6(3days ago) nbme 16 239
During that time watched Pathoma during the 1st week & rewatched it yesterday+today. Also read FA(all except biostats/psyc/behavioral) & did uworld(random timed of course, still have 800 questions to finish).
Should I take nbme 17?(If so when? I was thinking day before.)
My current plan is to re-read FA last 10 days & memorize formulas from biostats/cardio/renal. Also planning on finishing uworld(or should I focus more on FA?).
Havent bothered learning/reading anything about biostats/behavioral yet so in that category of uw scoring in the 30%(been putting this to the side to learn the important/med related topics because I feel that it is not important feel free to correct me if I'm wrong). How much time/energy should I waste with biostats/behavioral definitions & formulas?
Any tips on pulling in those few extra points would be greatly appreciated!!!
