step 1 pharm-Antibiotics?

I was wondering what we had to know for the antibiotics in regards to step 1? It seems from reading the board that alot of pharm questions are on side effects so i am wondering if we have to know which bugs that each antibiotic kills? can someone pelase tell me the depth of knowledge we need as far as knowing what antibiotics have what mechanism and kill which bugs? or do wej ust need to know the side effects? thanks!

I didn't use FA. I just do not like how it is set up. I know I am probably the only person on the planet who didn't use it but whatever.... For my pharm needs for step 1 I used Pharmacology Recall published by Lippincott Williams & Wilkins.
