Can someone who has taken the test break down the number of questions per discipline? Sorry if this has been asked and replied to before.

yeah I should clarify. path is huge, so I don't really call it a "discipline." I mean, dude comes in with a broken bone this and that, it's a combined path/anatomy question. I was refering more in comparison to the more discrete disciplines like biochem, embryo, etc. the majority of step 1 is path for sure, but the path is almost always combined with some other discipline.

i took it yesterday, so lemme post this while it's fresh. path is by far your biggest, but like bones said, it'll be path combined with something else much of the time. but otherwise, no way to break it down more than that. i'd say it seemed like more MSII material than MSI.

i got a school that has a traditional curriculum (no PBL or systems based learning). so i'm used to separating topics into discrete subjects. but i undestand where you guys are coming from. the questions are probably written in a way that makes it difficult to put them one place or another.

i'm rethinking the importance of underground clinical vignettes. does anyone have an opinion on this?

Just wanted to waste some space here and say that this is dissaponting to hear. I was hoping for more of an emphasis on things I know about. Just curious , but did any questions on the NFL draft come up? Cause those I can answer..... Path not so much
