Here are some questions. I know the answers to some of them, but would like to get more feedback to confirm.

The remainder of the physical examination is within normal limits. The leukocyte count is 18X10^3/mcL with immature granulocytes. Hb and Hct are normal. Serum electrolytes reveal a sodium of 126 mEq/L, a potassium of 2.5 mEq/L, and a serum of bicarbonate of 12 mEq/L. Cultures of the blood and stool are obtained. A wright smear of the stool reveals many leukocytes. Which organism is causing the illness?
