Step 1 registration problem

Hi everyone. I'm a third-year international medical student. I wanted to take my USMLE step 1 in 7 months. I have heard from my seniors that step 1/ecfmg registration requires a full medical school manuscript. In my medical school, manuscripts won't be given before graduation. Are medical school manuscripts required?
