Step I Step 1 Section = 46 or 50 questions?

I thought they lowered it to 46, but I see that even the new NBME tests are 50 questions per section/hour. Is the real test 46 or 50? Thanks.

Even the interface is the same as UW? I thought the interface mirrored the NBME's, but the number of questions mirrored the 46 max/block of UW. I guess it doesn't really matter, since I am familiar with both layouts...

Yep I am pretty sure it was exactly like the UW interface!
