Step 1 Time Restrictions

If the rules were changed and we had unlimited time to take step 1 (certain restrictions below) do you think scores would go up, down, or stay the same?

Rules/restrictions:
Basically the same rules as now except you can take as long as you want per block. You still get the 1 hour of break time to do whatever you want (including sleep), however you cannot nap for >1 hour (total); once you sleep for >1 hour your test is marked as complete and scored as is. So basically you get as much time as you want, but you need to finish fast enough to avoid fatigue and needing to sleep.
 
Worse since you will outsmart yourself by overthinking not to mention the fatigue towards the end.
If they allow food, drinks, facebook and texting during the blocks then I would say increase.

I agree with you because I don't have time issues when doing qbanks, but I've heard from multiple people that time is an issue on the real thing. Definitely fb/texting would increase scores because someone could just have FA open and text you the answer to pure memorization questions (like viral structures or drug interactions).
