Does the tutorial time cut into your allotted break time?

I want to use some of my tutorial time to take a few deep breaths/calm my nerves before I begin.

Also how long do we get for the break?

It doesn't cut into your break time (allotted at 1 hour), but any tutorial time you don't use is ADDED to your break time for a potential total of an hour and 15 minutes

Correction to the above: There are 45 minutes for break and then an optional 15-minute tutorial.

When I took it, it had a counter for test time 7:00:00 and for break time 1:00:00. The 15 minutes of tutorial eats away at that break time.

The test is exactly like uworld. There is no need to go through the tutorial.

I would at least check the tutorial for the video explanations. You can move the stethoscope around, and change volume settings on your headphones. Even if you finish with 10 min left in tutorial that gets added on to your score.

By the way, there is no review screen at all. What else... if you finish a section early, I believe that time gets added to your break too.

when the section ends, if you don't click to begin the break time, can you relax for a little while before beginning the break countdown? Or will it automatically begin eating up your break time?

I think you get a minute or so to choose something at the screen between blocks. If you don't choose, it starts a break for you.

I think it's 30 seconds.
(And, that may actually be part of the break time. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. .... Except for Anastomoses, who'll likely make fun of me for not knowing the answer to everything.)

The 30 seconds did eat away at the break time.
