It took me exactly 4 weeks. Your deans office will get the results a few days before you get them. They are always released on Wednesdays at noon (or was it Thursday?). Call your deans office exactly 4 weeks after you take the test and they should have your score. Alternatively, you can log onto the USMLE registration page and see when your scores were mailed, then call your deans office.
