Just took step 1 yesterday and I gotta say it wasn't so bad. I got at least 2 really easy questions wrong which is still bothering me uggghhh. But overall I thought Uworld was harder. There were some #$# questions where i had no idea what was going on and just didn't even spend time on and guessed in 3 seconds and there were some questions that were super easy that i answered in the same amount of time. I think the NBME make the exam quite fair for the most part.

It's really impossible to know how you did when you walk out of the center. If you just happened to get an easier set of questions you will think you did well but when put against the averages of others might have not done so well.

Just like if you came out feeling like trash you may have gotten a harder set of questions and the averages might be really low (which wouldnt take as many correct to get a good score).

I heard they make you fight Manny Pacquiao between the 4th and 5th block and if you lose your score is automatically sub 220. Confirm/deny.

Back in the days of the giants we had a 2 day pencil and paper test 8 hours each day-

and i had to walk through 2 foot snow drifts (in june) to the testing center you guys got it easy 😀
