Doctors in training is pretty good; I sort of used it for step 1 and i think it added quite a bit to my knowledge base. I know many people didn't like watching videos and just got it for the customized manual they give you, which amounts to paying around 50-80 dollars since you get a refund if you want to, minus the cost of the manual. If you need structure and an organized method of studying for the exam DIT would be good IMO.
