Kaplan has step 2 CK books for most standard third year rotations that you can officially get by taking their course for step 2 ck. or you can look on Ebay, where there are both actual copies of the books ($$$$) and also cheaper scanned copies that come on CDs, (sometimes as "bonuses" with other books, I assume because Ebay was cracking down on piracy). They're pretty excellent review books for shelfs.
