Step 2 book for Step 3?

Since people seem to think the multiple choice aspect of step 3 is like step 2, can you get by using your step 2 book of choice (secrets for me) for step 3? Any thoughts?

There are lots more treatment questions on Step 3 that arent that well covered in the Step 2 books. Just my opinion.
