Step 2 CK 256, 11 point drop from step 1. Wanting to do derm

How big of a deal is this? I know by itself it’s a good CK score, but I dropped 11 off of my step 1.. definitely not a good or common trend.

Have junior AOA, good research, honors in all M3 rotations except med and surg where I still lettered. Is this backup plan worthy for derm? Will I miss out on interviews because of it? Thanks for any advice everyone, definitely haven’t had the best day!
