Hey,

So im a lil concerned, i didn't do that great on my step 1 , got a low score even though my nbme was good, but passed on my first try, Being IMG, (Non US) what way can i strengthen myself for a Family medicine residency, what score should i looking for on CK, i passed CS on first time..

Not a bad student, just step 1 was a bad day well sick in the middle of the exam

There's no magical number. Go out there and aim for the best you can get. 230's-240's will probably help. To an extent, being able to say all of your USMLE exams are completed will be beneficial. Apply broadly.
