MTB 2 is a quick read and has a lot of space in the margins. It's my main book. I'm also annotating from MTB 3, OME, Kaplan LN and IM essentials qbook right now. I tried FA for 3 chapters but didn't feel like it was adding much so I decided to cut it out because I'm using too many resources as it is. I'm planning to read SUTM after getting through the resources I'm using right now.
