Step 2 CK: how to report serious testing discrepency issue?

I took Step 2 today and there were some VERY serious problems with the administration (not to get into too many details, but Prometric MAJORLY F'ed up something). It was serious enough to negatively affect the testing environment. I'm not sure who to contact at the USMLE or NBME, but this issue needs to be brought to their attention ASAP. I emailed "[email protected]", but couldn't find any other contact info (other than a general phone number).

Any ideas how to get in touch with them to report this?

you should contact prometric directly. as well as the NBME.
