for those of you who have taken step 2 and did those practice q's that came on the cd sent by the usmle, how did those q's match up to the real deal? they seem really short and pretty straightforward.

they are representative of the "easier" questions on the actual exam. by easier i mean they test conditions or concepts that are very common or easily recognizable, e.g., adhesions causing SBO, KOH prep for BV, supraclavicular lymphadenopathy for hodgkin's lymphoma, etc. not all your questions on the exam will be like those but a significant number will.
