they are representative of the "easier" questions on the actual exam. by easier i mean they test conditions or concepts that are very common or easily recognizable, e.g., adhesions causing SBO, KOH prep for BV, supraclavicular lymphadenopathy for hodgkin's lymphoma, etc. not all your questions on the exam will be like those but a significant number will.
