Step 2 CK prometric practice exam

has anyone done the step 2 practice exam at prometric? I did it for step 1 and it was a pretty good correlation, and it just helped with becoming familiar with the testing environment. I was thinking of taking the practice test a week before the real thing for step 2. Does anyone have any experience with this?

The testing environment is exactly the same as Step I, so I'm not sure what the point would be. The questions you download from the downloadable tutorial are the same as what you would get if you paid for the practice session.

you're right jeebus, I guess I was just thinking it would help me get in the right mindset? kinda like how you run a half marathon before you run the real thing. but how does the sample test correlate with the real thing in terms of level of difficulty? too easy? about the same?
