Sorry if this has been posted about before. I tried googling for the answer but I didn't seem to find a clear answer.
I just started doing UW for shelf and it's kicking my butt. For Step 1 there were clear resources, such as FA, Sketchy, etc. But what are the best resources for Step 2 CK? I'm finding that some of the questions will have pharm i've never seen before in Step 1 or they'll have explanations with things I had no idea about from Step 1.
I understand that you're supposed to learn this material through being at the clinic and rotating through the different departments but what can I use to supplement the material? FA Step 2 CK? I did watch all of IM related OME (which is what i'm doing practice questions for) but it's not meant to be a comprehensive resource. Do I hit Sketchy again but instead do Sketchy IM? Step up 2 Medicine? MTB?
I'm assuming I will learn these relationships by doing UW itself, but if anything, is there a pharm resource that is recommended because it always takes me the longest to really get a grasp on that.
Any advice would be helpful because it feels like a very long journey when I was at 70% UW for Step 1 but now i'm at 40% for Step 2.
