Step II Step 2 CK resources

I'll definitely be using UWorld Qbank, but I am wondering what the consensus is for the best study resources to use.

-Book: Step up to step 2? Step up to medicine? First aid for step 2? Secrets?

-Course: Is a course useful? Kaplan? DIT? others?

-Qbank: Is it worth getting another QBank like Kaplan?

What is the best strategy for a 5-6wk study schedule?

Also, I won't have taken Psych before Step 2.. what is the best way to make up for this?

You are not going to get many responses because these questions have been asked multiple times and there are numerous threads dedicated to books. If you have a specific question you can't find an answer to, people are more likely to respond.

I liked secrets and boards and wards for quick rehash. Uworld q bank was decent.
