Step 2 CK

I was wondering if anyone had programs in mind which require step 2 for interviews or for ranking. Many of the websites seem vague and some mention that it is required before starting the residency but not too many specific details.

I have heard UCSF requires Step 2 for ranking students. Any others?

Also anyone know of how important Step 2 CK might be for TY and prelim year?

After searching through a similar thread, I saw that GWU also requires step 2 for ranking.

So UCLA, UCFS and GWU. Any others people know of?
