I just recently took CS in Atlanta and I was wondering if most people only ended up with 2 DDx for most of their cases? I think maybe less than 4 I was able to come up with three. Majority of cases I had 2 DDx, but maybe 2-3 cases I was only able to justify 1 without forcing another diagnosis. I felt that based on my history taking most of the patients gave enough information and were pretty straightforward with what they had.
With having to justify your diagnosis, it made it harder to list things in the DDx like FA CS does (I know the format is different).
