Step 2 CS Diagnosis

Hey guys,

How many diagnosis can we miss on the Step 2? Do you have to get each one?

I ask because I think I messed up two of the diagnosis. They were lightheaded patients, and I don't think I diagnosed them properly. The reason i missed the diagnosis is because I didn't have time to do a Neuro exam on them. With time running out, I quickly did my closure rather than cram in a Neuro exam.

I did however get the remaining 10/12. Have any of you passed with 2 missed diagnosises?
