Step 2 CS: First Aid Frustrations

Is anyone out there frustrated by some of the cases in this book? I'm practicing with a friend and I've found if you do not have them read the PE parts of the note you'll 100% miss a dx.

I'm also kind of confused. Should we be getting all of the primary dx they list? I find myself frequently having either 1 or 2 of the main dx's they have then the others will be additional ones they list at the end.

Lastly, I feel like I'm struggling with the supporting evidence they put because some of it is so specific. Step 2 CK level knowledge and stuff i.e. they exam position one's arm is in post dislocation..

At this point if they actually expect us to do all of this on the real thing I'm definitely going to fail.

I heard real exam is better than first aid complicated cases and I think you don't need to do all PEs that they listed. It should be focused.
