Step 2 CS testing date - Jan 7 - up for grabs

my circumstances have changed and it looks like i may not be able to make it to my appointment for step 2 cs on Jan 7 at the LA center.

i am willing to swap with a march date preferrably in LA.

let me know if you're interested.

is swapping dates allowed, btw?
if we were to do this online at the same time, isn't there a small risk of someone else snatching up the open slot before you do?
