step 2 cs - too detailed note?

has anyone failed the step 2 CS note because they wrote down too many diagnostic procedures? I often wrote CBC and electrolytes on the same line. I also wrote AST/ALT/Lipase/Amylase on same line, etc. Anyone know if they take points away for this?
