1) Ran out of time during a patient encounter during closing summary.
2) Ran out of time during a patient note - listing only two differentials.
3) Sometimes felt rushed during closing statements.
4) Wrote on clipboard alot.

Are these big deals? Anyone with similar experiences? Thanks.

I didn't get my scores back but had similar experiences
- on one patient i didnt get to discuss diagnostic tests or treatments
- forgot to drape one patient
- didn't do a neuro exam on patient with HA - only had time for HEENT
- did very basic heart/lung exams on patient encounters where i felt i had time to do so
- on one post encounter station i realized i forgot to write down on my clipboard what the patient stated for tob/alc/drugs and searched my note for any semblance of it (it was near the end of the day and i think i asked but everyone started to blend together so i wasnt sure). I ended up not including it in my note

so i dont think those are out of the norm of what some students may go through. Hopefully we'll all be fine

Yeah these experiences sound pretty similar to what others have posted in the past. Hopefully, we are part of the 96% that pass first time!
