Does anyone know how different is 2003 qbank from current?
I just realized that QBank for Step2 is $500 for only 1200 questions.

check out the USMLE World qbank, $79 (i think) for 1 month, and approx 2200 questions. I thought they had good questions and explanations.

When I took kaplan last summer (2004), they told me that they had redesigned the questions to reflect the increased management seen on Step II, prior to that the step 2 questions were outdated and my friends who had used the 2003 qbank said it wasn't very helpful. The NMS questions are also quite good for step 2
