Isn't there a problem with the Step 2 released item #1, in that only an odds ratio, and not relative risk, can be calculated from a restrospective study? If that is so, then the obvious fault with the study is not that Alzheimer's patients have bad memory, but that the calculated relative risk is not meaningul, and therefore the correct answer should be (D) lack of statistical significance, not (E) recall bias, as the answer key indicates.
