USMLE Step 2 resources

Hello guys !
I have finished my step 1 1+ month ago and now I want to start preparing slowly for step 2 (just walk through the step 2 stuff and get familiar with step 2 material)

What I would like to know is what do you guys think are the best resources (books/courses) & how is step 2 studying different from step 1 (or it may not be different..)

I'm trying to hear from someone who has used MKSAP or IM Essentials. I've learned a lot from Med U and it keeps recommending me the MKSAP/IM Essentials products.
