Step 2 review book for step 1?

I recently had a 4th year tell me that the one of the best ways to study for step 1 is to use First Aid for step 2 because it puts everything in a clinical perspective . . . but then again, he was trying to sell the book. I'd love to hear any thoughts about using First Aid step 2 for studying step 1.
