So I just finished USMLEworld with a month and a half until I take step 2 and wanted to know from my colleagues out there what you think I should do now to help my performance for the real test. My average for the USMLEworld was 59%. My two weakest subjects were biostats and surgery which are easliy improved. I have a hard time studying using just FirstAid so I am going to go back and reread all the case files books (had really good results with my shelf exam and they hold my attention). Besides that I am going to go back over all questions I missed on USMLEworld within 2 weeks, and then go through USMLEworld one final time in timed mode. I really need a good USMLE 2 to make up for a poor step 1 score. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Good plan.
Go over USMLEWorld questions you missed. (USMLE is KEY)
Get Step 2 Secrets and review that. (It's a great resouce for Step 2!)
FA for Step 2 CK for memorizing peds milestones, and some OBGYN. Don't pick it up otherwise.
Good luck!
