I already have first aid/crush for step 3. I was wondering what additional resource specfically for questions do you guys recomend for somebody with limited time/motivation/money to devote to studying. How is Qbook? What about software for CCS any particular one stands out? Is it worth investing in usmle 123 or usmleworkd or q bank?
thanks for the help.

my upper resident says that when you sign up for USMLE step 3, be sure to take advantage of the disk they send you (has good case scenarios on CCS)
I havent bought Crush yet, but I have Strong Medicine. I like it so far because of their management section.

Read the little Blueprints CCS book. You can go in on a copy with a few people and pass it around. It is a quick read and several of my cases were straight outta that book. Also, do the disk they send...play around with it. Did you know you can order transcendental meditation?

I think Usmlesteps123 is pretty good for the CCS cases. If you read the CCS cases in first aid for step 3 and practice the CCS cases on usmlesteps123 and the 5 practice CCS cases that you download from usmle.org, you should be fine for the CCS part of the exam.

Definitely practice the cases on the disc. This will help you learn to navigate your way through the program which is half that battle. I read a few of the cases in my first aid book and did all the practive cases on the disc. I passed step 3.

Any other suggestions for good Step 3 question/case resources? How is NMS and Qbank?
