Step 3 Practice Question CD

For those who have taken Step 3 already....

I was just wondering how representative are the practice question blocks and clinical cases from the free USMLE CD to the real Step 3. Are they similar in difficulty and/or in length?

i took step 3 over a year ago, but the clinical cases were similar to what was on the actual test. if anything, you should do the clinical cases to know how to use the software.

as far as the length is concerned, i finished my clinical cases much more quickly on the actual test then i did at home on the practice cd.
