Step 3 preparation

I have a little less than 1 month to prepare for Step 3. I have gone through USMLE world once and master the boards kaplan once. I am also now trying to get through the Kaplan Qbook questions. I am finishing up my intern year in internal medicine this month. I'm not great at standardized tests...I can narrow it down to 2 answer choices...and then I usually pick the wrong one.
For those who have already taken the exam, what should I focus on during the next month as the exam approaches? I keep hearing the exam is very vague! That doesn't help my psyche...because I feel like nothing I do will help me prepare. 🙄
Advice anyone?

i would add crush. good book - great investment in time and $$, esp if you get it used on amazon!

the crush is only a good book if you already know everything and are a very good test taker. go with MTB, and keep reviewing it over and over. then weak areas before the test.
