Step III Step 3 preparation

I'm going to take step 3 in about a month or so. I am planning on using Master the Boards and Uworld. Anything else I should use? Also is MTB by Kaplan or Dr. Fisher? Are those different or the same book?

I've also heard of something called the Premier course but not sure what it is. Can anyone expand on this?

Any other suggestions?
