Step 3 receptor questions?

I have seen a lot of posts saying to review receptor mechanisms for the FIP portion of the exam. Can anyone who has taken the test suggest more specifically what to review and any resource that they recommend for this? Thanks in advance

Receptor mechanisms? I just finished Uworld and take the real deal on Friday and the only time I've seen anything about receptor mechanisms in the past three months was when I read a paper on PCSK-9 inhibitors.

Yea UWorld doesn't have many if any of them, but have seen multiple people talk about how they were blindsided by mechanism of action questions, what receptors drugs target etc.
