Step 3 Score

I have just recently received my Step 3 results. I passed with a score of 212. This was my first take and i was hoping to do better. I dont know what to make of this.

My past steps are 224/237/Pass all on first attempt (and i dont need a visa).

So basically, will my step 3 score destroy my chances of matching to IM this season?

Please advise.
