Can you clarify what you're saying? Did you already get a failing score? And are you asking that if you did only one patient note out of 12 encounters if that's a death blow?

Does that mean:
1) For one encounter, you only had the time to do the HPI, and not the labs, differential, etc. You fully completed the other 11.
2) You only did the HPI for one encounter, and left everything blank for the other 11.5 encounters.
If the former, no.
If the latter, yes. Not sure how the latter would even be possible given the fact that you get kicked out of the room with time left to do your note.
I hope your notes were more detailed and clear than these posts. 😛
