step II ck schedule?

During step I prep, I made a detailed study schedule based on subject to make sure I covered all of them. I was wondering if anyone found that making a schedule for Step II CK prep was helpful, or if it is more a situation in which you studied by just going through tons of questions mixed with reading something like FA or Secrets.
