Anyone have a study schedule (or philosophy or suggestions) planned out for Step II that they feel like sharing?
The problem with this attitude is that unless you did SPECTACULAR on Step 1, you may need to make up for it by a stellar Step 2 score. It seems like Board scores are the ticket to fame, or at least get your foot in the door. I think this is really sad because the USMLE is not really a knowledge based test but a test in test-taking strategy and doesn't necessarily result in good doctors. Just my 2 cents.BassDominator said:Take test late enough that residencies won't see the score, walk in cold, get exact same score you got on step I, enjoy fourth year.
Seriously, if you study more than a week or two, you're just wasting your time.
Sorry. I know this sounds like a bad attitude.... but I'm just of the belief that standardized test scores don't necessarily make you a good doctor.
