which books should i get? i read people mention first aid, Crush (is that the full name of the book?), and USMLE World, is there anything else people would recommend?

second, I want to ace the exam. I got 252/99 on step I (2.5 months of preparation) and 254/99 on step II (1.5 months). how much should i study for this one?
